The CEDEC is an economic development organization that works with members of the Baie-des-Chaleurs English-speaking community.
The CRÉ-GÎM is a cooperative and planning organization whose base is made up of elected municipal officials working in collaboration with representatives from various socioeconomic sectors.

UPA can provide information on farms for sale in the region.
Financière agricole du Québec (FADQ)
The mandate of the FADQ is to stimulate investment and protect income, with a view to promoting the success and sustainability of farms in the region. It offers a wide range of financial products to guarantee the economic and financial stability of these farm businesses.
A regional organization to supports women’s entrepreneurship. They manage an investment fund to assist women entrepreneurs with business start-up and expansion.
Fonds régional de solidarité FTQ
This Fund offers between $50,000 and $2 million in financing, in the form of debentures, shares or participatory loans.
