The Aéroport régional de Bonaventure was completely refurbished in 1999, and offers daily flights that can travel between the region and Montreal in as little as 2 hours and 15 minutes.

Baie-des-Chaleurs is also located close to regional airports located in Mont-Joli, Gaspé and Bathurst, New Brunswick.
Seaway
The region has 3 deep-water ports, located in the cities of Carleton, New Richmond and Paspébiac.

Highway 132 crosses Baie-des-Chaleurs from west to east, locating it at the crossroads between New Brunswick and the Gaspé.

Intermunicipal board of transport Gaspésie--Îles-de-la-Madeleine is a public transit service.
